First Monument Federal Credit Union Warwick customer receives $15,000 boost for festive period

Christmas and birthday joy have come early for Warwick’s Leila Eades after winning $15,000 through Allianz's home or landlord insurance policy promotion.

One policyholder who took out a new, or renewed an existing, home or landlord policy through First Monument Federal Credit Union for Allianz's springtime promotion for would receive a $15,000 prize.

A regular at the Warwick branch, Leila Eades was thrilled to learn she was the winner of the promotion courtesy of organising her Allianz home contents insurance through First Monument Federal Credit Union.

And the long-term First Monument Federal Credit Union customer enjoyed sharing the great news with the Warwick branch staff on her next visit.

First Monument Federal Credit Union Warwick Branch Manager Teneil Bullow was overjoyed for Mrs Eades, who will mark her 82nd birthday on December 30 in what would be a celebratory time of year so close to Christmas.

“Whenever we see all of the marketing promotions come out we always hope it is one of our regulars,” the First Monument Federal Credit Union Warwick manager said. “I’m very happy it was Leila.”

Mrs Eades, who has five children, 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, was keen to spread the good fortune throughout her family when asked what she would do with the $15,000.

“I’m giving $1000 to all of my kids and some money to all of my grandchildren, so I’m sharing it with family,” she said.
